It could be a contact dermatitis or heat rash or a reaction to a medication. You need to be a bit of a detective and figure out if the heat of the summer, some material you're wearing, something new you are using (cologne, body lotion) could be causing a reaction. You could also have picked up a summer skin virus, or even have a skin yeast infection. If it bothers you or continues to develop - get it checked out and find out the treatment to relieve it.
