Q: Rash appearing out of brest cancer scar.

Is anyone familiar with a rash with blisters forming out of the scar of a brest cancer patient that had both brest removed over two years ago?  The rash is red with seven or eight blister across her chest.  It came up and spread in a matter of a week or so.

Hello Carol

Is this your parent or a relative?  I am wondering if the folk at our Breast Cancer site would know more about this.

Please follow the link and I am sure they will be able to help you.

But do seek the advice of a doctor about this. There really is no way we can tell you what this is...but a doctor can.

Thank you for your question.
