heey guys, I am 14 years old, and a few monthes ago i developed an eyelid rash, on both eyelids, Its sore, red, and flakey, but there are no bumbs, and im not too sure what i should do about it? I don't wear any contacts, and lately i havent been using any makeup. Ive been using the same shampoos, detergent.. everything is normal. I do get Eczema on my arms, but ive never had a rash on my eyelids; and its really bugging me! The only treatment i have is Cortizone 10, and it does help a bit, and it takes away the flakey dryness, but the redness never comes off, and i TOTALLY forgot to ask my doctor last week when i went to go and get a new perscription for my pills. ugh >.< but anyways. If anyone has the same problem or knows any kind of treatment, or what this is known as pleasse tell me! =]

So no new medications or soaps? It is strange that it would be just on your eyelids.
Your best bet really...is to discuss this with your doctor and especially if it is not going away.
You might want to read other member's stories about having an eyelid rash in a previous discussion here on Skin Cancer Connection. Some talk about what worked for them.
I found one reference to eyelid rashes where they show an image of what it could look like and possible causes.
Again...I think it is really important for you to see your doctor or dermatologist to rule out anything serious.
