Monday 5-17-10 I had Mohs surgery on my face. During the procedure they attatched a patch on my arm with plastic tape That night a black and blue appeared on my arm. Why was the patch put on and why the B&B rash appear?

I really couldn't tell you...this is something that you need to call your doctor about and just ask what this bruising is about. Had they stuck you with a needle there to do an IV or anything?
Sorry I cannot be of more help with this. Your best bet is to call the place that did the procedure and ask if this is anything to worry about.
