MOH's is the perfect answer and quite safe during pregnancy.  Get a dermatologist's opinion specifically on whether it is OK to wait or whether you need immediate attention (since a year has passed with that first lesion).  Take heart in the fact that if MOHs is done - all the cancer cells will be removed with the least disfigurement and this is a prcedure with excellent outcomes.  Get an opinion and then decide if you an wait for that specific dermatologist.
