I have a new growth (wart? mole?) on the back of my arm that's small, but scaly and gets caught on everything. Yesterday, it was accidentally scraped, bled and turned black. I want to get it looked at, and need a free screening.

Check the local 411 for free clinics, cancer screenings often held at fairs and other public affairs. Local health department might be able to help.
