Q: I have moderate to severe AK precancerous skin. How can I find clinical trials?

I volunteered to work as a contract social worker on a reservation for only $12.50 an hour counseling suicidal youth/families last year with no benefits. Then late summer I was diagnosed with AK precancerous skin. I didn't take another contract in the fall thinking I would take a position with medical benefits. Instead I had to go on medicaid this winter to get surgery done. I couldn't take a job or work while I was on medicaid. Now off medicaid and looking for work, my AK is getting worse with lots of spots spontaneously bleeding but I can't even afford to go to a doctor to hear officially it's getting worse. And if I did, I couldn't afford treatment. Are there any clinical trials I wouldn't have to travel to for this condition?
