i have a red rash on both of my eyes, not on the eyelid but just below the brow and underneath my eyes were the very delicate area is and i have also got it underneath my chin on my neck and just recently it started to come around my mouth and on my chin this has been coming and going for the past year but know it seems to be getting worse and more frequent.i went to the doctor and he was useless he hardly looked at me and said it was allergies and prescirbed me somthing that was useless. i dont think its allergies because i have not chaneged anything and have even changed creams and nothing helps.
please help me!!
