I have all these little white spots on my skin.

These white spots seem to only appear where i have been sun burnt(arms and legs). However, they arent on my face and i have been sun burnt on my face plenty of times. They are fairly small but there are heaps of them. I have had them ever since i can remember. I was wondering what they were…
