I saw a video on the internet that stated there is a lotion that gets rid of actinic keratosis spots but leaves healthy tissue alone. Is this true? What is it called?

I have over a dozen actinic keratosis lesions on my face. I am virtually house bound by my suddenly monsterous appearance and I'm only 46! My doctor has tried freezing them but to no avail. I've been to Mayo and all they gave me was hydrocortizone because I had picked at a few of them. HELP ME,…
