melanoma skin cancer on back?

hello i had a mole on my back about five years ago,it turned out it was melanoma and i had surgery(quite deep)since then ive had numerous tests and small moles removed,im still going for checkups now they are every 4 months,im due to go now in july,ive noticed i got a small red like spot/lump...
