I used Efudex for 11 days at twice a day. Did i make things worse by not completing my treatment.

i used efudex for 11 days on my face. i went to get a refill but it was now 249 dollars. it really burned my face after 11 days so i passed on it for now. did i do more harm than good not completing my treatment? will my face be scarred by not completing the treatment.
