Lump after MOHS

I had a Actinic Keratosis removed by the MOHS way 5 weeks ago on my upper lip. The first day after surgury I noticed a hard lump extending around the area and very red. Its has not gone away. Its about the size of a quarter and red. If not for this you could not see anything. Any advice?
