Red lumps and skin moles. Can they be treated, is that a kind of skin cancer

Hello

 

I have all over my body on the skin a lot of red lumps and other moles which makes  me worried, and I want to know how can I treat them, and what couses  them.

Red lumps are angiomas - associated with blood vessels - they don;t turn into cancers.  Moles should be looked at once yearly in a "head to toe" dermatology examination - including your scalp.
