brown spots on my arm!?

Im 20 years old and have brown bruise looking spots on each of my arms. Ive had them there for two weeks now? Theres two medium size ones on each arm! they look like bruises but ARE NOT bruises! Could you please tell me what they are? I'm worried about them!?HELP.
