ddoes skin cancer look like blackheads?

I have 3 spots on my back that look like blackheads. They are bigger than the normal blackhead. They look like moles but they are new. The also only appear in my tattoo. Any connection?

I'm glad you are that observant and you do need to check it out to make sure it is not ink dis-associating from the tatoo or a suspicious mole or pre-cancerous lesion.
