Q: 2 months after mohs, my scar is very painful

My mohs was performed about 2 months ago. I had a small superficial basal cell removed from my chest. The healing has been difficult. I had an allergic reaction to either the anesthetic or the sutures - not sure. So, it was painful and itchy, and I was spitting stitches from the inside out. Now, it is hard and raised, and very painful, possibly nerve damage? My doctor is being very vague, I don't think she is clear about what has happened. Has anyone had this experience?
