Help me determine if this is or isn't regular. ABCDE help.

It's always been a question in the back of my mind if this freckle or whatever it is, is normal ever since I took anatomy and physiology.  Looking at it myself, it seems normal to me.  But within a matter of a couple months, another freckle developed an inch away from it.  It's weird…
