Q: Itching/rash after 2-3 hours once I come back from outside

I start getting itching/rash after 2-3 hours once I come back from outside. It happens only on my both hands which are exposed to sun. Itching stops after 2-3 hours. It happens in all seasons. If I protect my hands from the sun, itching/rash is less severe. Please suggest what could be the reason. How to prevent it?

Hello

Here is an article about heat related rashes.  Do you think this is what you have?

"Heat rash (prickly heat): an uncomfortable, itchy red or pink rash that results from blocked or swollen sweat ducts."

Here is a site which shows images of heat rash.  Does this look like what you have?

I am not a doctor so I couldn't tell you what this is that you are experiencing but it does certainly seem as though you are very sensitive to the sun on your hands.  It seems logical to keep protecting your hands from the sun.

How about scheduling an appointment with your doctor to get this checked out?  Then you could know for sure what this is about.

Thank you for your question.
