Q: i have a dark spot on my face a sun spot and it is turning red.

It is not neccessary that these red spot on face  or other part of skin   are sun spots. There are many skin conditions that causes red spots on skin.  Among them some are many common one like psoriasis and eczema and some form of acne.

On the other hand some are rare like scleroderma etc.

Any it is important to right diagnosis of these skin conditions for treatment of these skin spots.

Most of the skin condition, which  leave red spots are  auto immune disorder which cause are not fully clear to any, so take care about these spots.
