The rule of thumb with moles is to get a baseline exam which includes photos, measurements and an initial assessment and then the doctor will decide frequency of professional observation while telling you to watch for certain changes that would require immediate assessment by an MD.  So if you haven't done that, this is a good time to see a dermatologist, get that process going and have it evaluated for your complaint of "tingly feeling."

I don't have an answer but I'm going through the same thing with a mole on my foot. Wednesday I'll be going the the dermatologist so see what he says. I've had squamous cell carcinoma 5 years ago and it was removed so I stay on top of my appointments. What was your result since it was last year? Reply
