Need a clarity on skin cancer...?

I'm from India. 2 years back my sister affected by the skin cancer. we diagnose the disease immediately. We started the treatment with CHOP. After 6 cycles again it's come back. Again we tried DHOP, ICE and MCOPB. After all the treatment again it's come back. Doctor suggested to go for BMT (Autologous bonemaro transplantation). We got confused why the disease is come back...?. We are worrying about her life. If any one knows about this please let me know...
I will assume it was melanoma and indeed it is a "dangerous cancer" and can recur or already have begun to metastize and it then takes time to see the "newly affected sites."
It sounds like you should get some other opinions from top oncologists who deal with skin cancers. I'd check at an established University hospital for an expert - and be willing to travel for a second opinion.
