Help for 13 year old boy

Hello- I have a 13 year old son. He is almost 6 feet tall, size 13 shoes, c/o constant stomach pains, fatigue,headaches,body aches and he gets this rash- similar to Cutis marmorata on his legs. This rash comes out of the blue and has some heat to it. It last a few minutes and then gone. He c/o…
