Q: After MOHS surgery on my nose, I have several large gaps were the stiches were. Is this normal?

Is there anything that can be done for these gaps?  My doctor tells me that over time (a year or more) the may fill in.

I would also assume that with all the new fillers on the market, should the gaps not fill in, an experienced dermatologist will be able to fill any gaps carefully with Rewylane or another appropriate material.  I would be patient and wait to see how the healing process progresses and then ask about the possiblity of a filler.

For right now, if the areas are no longer raw, there are some products that certain makeup companies make that you might be able to use as a superficial "filler" and then cover with makeup to even the area out.  I'd check out Sephora or a high end makeup counter.

Please note spelling correction - filler is Restylane.
