i have recently found 2 groups of bumps on my labia that match the description of skin tags, i'm worried that they could be genital warts i had unprotected sex the last time 10 months ago could it be that ? they dont itch or hurt they are just there but do skin tags appear in groups ?

They certainly can, but if you have even a minor suspicion that your unprotected sex could have resulted in herpes - I would get checked out for peace of mind.
