What are these itchy, bumps on my scalp that have been appearing???? They do not hurt

Please know that I am not a doctor or a dermatologist.
One guess might be eczema or seborrheic dermatitis. If this is bothersome for you I think a trip to your doctor or dermatologist could help determine the cause. Are you using any new shampoos or hair products. It may also be some sort of allergic reaction to a product you are using.
