Hi,
When i woke up this morning i saw a white spot on my nose. What could be the cause of this white spot overnight. I am pretty certain that it was not there last night. Also, my girl friend has vitiligo. I know vitiligo is not contagious, but I am worried whether the spot could be due to vitiligo..need help in identifying the possible reason for a white spot on the nose overnight
