The best Mohs surgeon in the east bay is Dr. M. Christine Lee in Walnut Creek. My father has had multiple skin cancers treated by Dr. Lee and she took excellent care of him. He's had Mohs done elsewhere before we meet Dr. Lee and I can tell you those scars look horrible. Dr. Lee was able to spot my father's skin cancers before we even realized he had one and took care of them right away with Mohs and he doesn't even have any scars from those. While we were sitting in the waiting room with other patients getting Mohs at the same time, we met patients traveling from all over to have Dr. Lee work on them--several of them had had other areas treated by Dr. Lee and were all showing off how great they looked. One doctor was sitting there in the waiting room telling us he had had Mohs with Dr. Lee (and yes he did show off his scars and they looked fantastic) and he was there that day with his mother--he told us he brought her all the way from S. Cal because he didn't want anyone but Dr. Lee to treat his mother.  She's also a super-derm and THE laser queen...our whole family family goes to her...3 generations!
