I was recently diagnosed with squamous cc on the scalp and over my lip. I have always had a small (about the size of a quarter) bald spot on the top of my head (birth mark). I'm scheduled to see a Mohs surgeon in a couple of weeks. Like everyone else, I've googled and have seen pictures that are awful. Although I'm very worried about scars over my lip after the surgery, I'm really scared about how much hair I'm going to lose during the scalp procedure. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
