I had a mohs on the tip f my nose, with a graft.....the graft area white...will pigment return...???

I had a mohs about a mongth ago.,...on the tip of my nose...it is now white ...edges rough.....will any of this cahnge.. the pigment  ???  rough area fill in ????

Time will tell but I would be optimistic that any residual skin color/texture changes will disappear over time.  I would ask the doctor about any possible creams, treatments down the road that can help any possible imperfections or mild disfigurements.
