this conditions runs in my family and now i have an explosion on my face. very embarssing is there any way to get rid of seborrheic keratosis? any creams or treatments ? the information on the internet is very confusing thank you

I would strongly recommend that you make an appointment with a dermatologist. I am researching your question and The American Academy of Dermatology warns that if you have a sudden development of many SKs this may indicate a serious health problem.
To get rid of these the literature talks about Cryosurgery, electrosurgery, and curettage.
Please do make an appointment with your doctor to make sure of what is causing this sudden explosion of facial SKs.

thank you for responding i have seen an dermatologist and he just says nothing can be done. i have to live with it . he has tried freezing some of them so i am seeking help thank you
