I have this small what looks to be almost, but not quite, scab like lump on my back. It is not very big, but I am forced to be extremely concerned. What can this be?

Could be acne, a cyst, a sebaceous cyst, a mole forming or some other skin issue like a pre-cancer or cancer. Get it checked out if you are concerned.
