Hi Omelio

This is definitely a question for your doctor to answer.  Your doctor will be able to tell you how advanced your skin cancer is and what dangers there may be in waiting to have it removed.  You do want to be careful with squamous cell carcinoma as it can be invasive and the cancer can spread to other parts of the body.  So you probably don't want to wait a long time to have it removed.

Here is some information about squamous cell carcinoma that you may want to look at in the meantime.

Hope this helps some.  Thank you for your question.
