I have big wart around the anus what i have to do ?

I was reading about this and discovered that : may be caused by human papelloma virus , and because i have clusters of flat wart around my muoth ; this case was with me from long time and i fearing from cervical cancer ; is that possible ?

please ! answer me fasting to know what happened with me , now i thinking only how will stop spread the disease in my body especially in later period when become appeare on my hands and chest with problems with mensterual cycle .  this very perplexing and terrible to me , what can i do ?
