my friend has boils and abssecces can these be cancerous?

she is being tested for cancer, but we didnt know that boils could be cancerous, should she be worried?

What you might be assuming looks like a boil, might actually be a prec-cancer or cancer. So whenever you have a growth or skin abnormality that persists and looks infected OR if you have a mole that begins to change, bleed - you do want to get it checked out fast.
