Q: had this Mohs surgery done on the tip of nose and the flap surgery done. scar about 2 inches long going from the tip of nose up to the bone near top of nose. will Medera work or lazer

Surgeon wants to do lazier but want to know if using mederma will help and how long after surgery and stithies removed can Mederman be used?

I am wondering what you have decided to do.

Are you talking about Mederma which is frequently used for reducing the appearance of stretch marks?

I would trust your doctor and think about having the laser procedure done. It will probably be much more effective than using an over the counter product.

i would most def go for laser and if u still feel u need scar therapy then get something from ur dr. instead of over the counter mederma which isnt tht effective...good luck:)
