i got a round little mole above my nose, and i didnt have it before,im scared it might be cancer.

when i was 12 i saw a light brow dot above my nose and i thought it was a pimple, so i tried to pop it but nothing came out. the next day i woke up and i had a dark little round dot that looked like a moe in the same place with the light brown dot, i thought it would go away in a few days but…
