Q: reconstruction after moh's

I had Moh's surgery three weeks ago to remove a BCC on the tip of my nose.. the hole was grafted with a piece from my ear. It is healing, but seems to really stick out and I'm really self conscious of it. The surgeon spoke of dermabrasion...are there other/better options available from a plastic surgeon? Will dermabrasion bring this level to my nose? Thanks for any advice.

I still think you need to give it some healing time and then microdermabrasion may indeed be a forgiving way to gently "shave it down" even over several sessions.  You might also ask your doctor whether silicone pads can help in any way.  I would be patient and give it some time, though.  At any point you can always get a "second opinion" if it really bothers you.
