Hello, all! Got the same thing about 3 years ago, it went away, then came back 2 years ago (but without a bump each time). Nothing worked until I tried Reventin lotion (available at Pure Valley and Publishers Clearing House). It soothed it immediately, redness subsided in minutes, after a few weeks - gone without a trace! In recent weeks, I stopped Reventin just to see what would happen, and sure enough, it's back, so I'm applying the lotion again. Hope this helps :)
