If it is above the crease and on the browbone, this can easily be cured by using Lotrimin or another anti-fungal cream.  (Yes, the same that is used for Athlete's Foot.)  Just be really careful since it is near your eye and apply it very sparingly twice a day.  (Just a pencil lead tip size should be enough to spread.) Make sure you don't use it before exercise so sweat won't wash it into the eye.  See a dermatologist or opthamologist if it doesn't go a way in a week (may be a more serious condition) or if the spot is on the actual eyelid, since the lid is so thin, the cream may absorb through the skin and into the eye.
