I got mine cured, but this is what I tried.   - Tried the baby shampoo and washed my eyelids and face and that didn't really do anything.  This is good if the problem is bacteria related.   - I drasticaly reduced my sugar intake, I think this helped the most and I needed to do this anyway for my triglycerides.   - I now used Head and Shoulders shampoo was wash my eyelids now, this is used if the problem is fungus related.   - I am taking Azo pills which is used for Yeast Infections.   - I take Fish Oil pills.  Again, I had purchased these but never took them and now I have a real reason to take then now.  This may have nothing to do with anythng but since I am taking the Azo pills I just take a fish oil pill too.   - I purchased a doctor recommended lotion (Cetaphil) and put a drop on my finger tip and the same amount of hydrocortizone cream and mixed them together and used that on my eyelids.  This is probably what did the most improvement on the wrinkly skin, now my eyelid skin looks great!  Maybe better than before (:-)).    - I tried the Neosporin ointment and that didn't work.  I think that made it worse.   I'll probably stop the pills soon to see if that will hurt anything, but I think the minimized sugar diet is a good idea and I needed to do this anyway and my body looks better for it.   Good Luck!
