Q: October 6th mohs surgery graft on tip of nose doesn't look alive and smells to me.

How should the graft look after 3 weeks?

It should be in the process of "taking" if indeed there is good communication between the blood supply and the new tissue.  Since this is on your face and vanity should certainly play a big role here - I'd get it checked even if the doctor makes you feel like your are pesky.  Hold your ground and get checked.  If you are still unhappy - get a second opinion from a well regarded doctor.
