Exercise may protect against prostate cancer

A study of 190 men has found that exercise may help prevent prostate cancer. Biopsies performed on the men found that those who got moderate exercise--the equivalent of several hours of walking per week--were significantly less likely to be diagnosed with prostate cancer than those who did little exercise.  Read full story >
