New Laser Treats Botox Bruising

One problem with dermal fillers and Botox is that they can cause temporary bruising at the area of injection that can last up to two weeks. Some topical treatments and supplements can speed this healing process, but dermatologist Dr. Leslie Baumann says a laser called the Vbeam Perfecta can now eliminate these bruises within 24 hours when used within a day after the dermal filler or Botox injections.  Read full story >
