Beer Drinking Linked to Psoriasis in Women

According to a new study, women who drink regular beer--but not light beer--have a higher risk of developing psoriasis. Scientists found that the risk for psoriasis was 2.3 times higher for women who drank five or more regular beers per week than women who never drank beer. But the researchers did not find the increased psoriasis risk with other types of alcohol such as wine, light beer, or liquor.   Read full story >
