No matter how you are feeling, or what you have been through today, I can assure you that this day shall pass to. As a cognitive therapist, my job is to challenge people on how they approach and think about a given situation. Ask yourself this question, what is the worst possible thing that could happen if you make the wrong decision? The answer is probably not as terrible as you thought. Also, if you want to feel good about yourself, make yourself a "Me Day"! Go for a walk, get your hair done, enjoy a good meal, or go to a spa!
