Hi Sue,

I truly enjoyed your article on treating acne. I have a very consistent regimen utilizing arbonne products for oily skin. My breakouts are predictable based on my menstrual cycle. However, I have a couple chronic pimples that will not go away. The worst one resides on the apple of my left cheeck. It swells up and every two to three weeks I squeeze a huge amount of white thick pus out of it. It is discusting! The pore is becoming very large, much larger than the other pores on my face. Is there anything I can do to eradicate this from my face forever! Please help me!

Thanks,

G

As a sufferer of acne from college through adulthood, I decided to seek out "holistic" acne treatments when nothing perscribed by my dermotologists seemed to work.  I found MANY articles talking about using hydrogen peroxide as a toner in the morning and night.  You would not beleive that in 3 weeks my skin had stopped breaking out!  Now I also switched to using non-hypoallergenic bar soap and exfoliating gently with a washcloth.  I have suffered for years, been to many dermotoligists, tried every acne treatment under the sun and this is the only thing that worked.
