I've noticed that I'm getting more spider veins on the backs of my knees. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them? Will creams for varicose veins work?   Unfortunately for anyone who spends a lot of time on his or her feet, spider veins develop with age. It's a common concern for at leas...

Ahh yes veins - spider or varicase - I've got them both.  My mom has them and three babies in 4 years kinda did me in.  I just wish it wasn't so darn expensive to rid myself of them.  Oh well, for now they are not hurting or life threatening...just war wounds.

Thanks for telling us about these.  Here are few more links to posts or article on veins.

    All the best, sue

Spider veins have become apart of my life as well. Family history and babies got me too. I have been using compression hosiery to help fight the veins recently and they seem to be working. I order them online at Therawear.com and get the Mild Support Compression Hosiery. The website is http://www.therawear.com/therafirm_mild_support_pantyhose.html if anyone else wants to try them. They have really helped!
