Staying Cool and Smelling Sweet

I use deodorant every day, but I'm still self-conscious about how I smell in crowded places. How can I make sure that I don't have B.O. without dousing myself with perfume?   We may associate unpleasant body odors with hot summer weather, but many people get nervous as temperatures drop and o...

What an interesting an article. I would like to know why you suggested wiping

your underarms with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide after showing. Wouldn't this dry out your skin?

Also know that some soaps like Dial and Safeguard bar soaps contain harmful ingredients like  BHT which is a very toxic chemcial which I would not use on my skin. Personally I Pure Olive Oil Soap. Like Kiss My Face.

What are your thought on Naturally Fresh Crystal Spray Deodorant?

I live in South Florida, where it's extremely hot and humid about 8 months out of the year.

I've found that using 'Summer's eve Femine Wash for Sensitive skin' (yes, the wash intended for your downstairs area) under my armpits while im in the shower not only keeps me feeling fresh by killing bacteria, but it also appears to help prevent razorburn!

Another great product most people already have at home is White Vinegar. I've used white vinegar before for sunburn, bug bites, and for rash/coral stings I've gotten while diving. However, recently I've been using it for my underarms.  I put a little on a cotton pad and dab my under arms after showering, before applying deoderant.

Also, I've tried all the fancy deoderants, but what I prefer over all of them is Arrid XX Antipersperant/Deo Spray. It's inexpensive, won't melt in the heat, and works wonders for me! Hope someone finds this useful :)
