There's good news and there's bad news and then some...
Grate peeled patatos lay down for 5-10 minutus with a teaspoon of grated patatoe under each closed eye. Wash off. If it works for you, repeat when needed.
Am not sure what sort of black spots you reffer to , but you can give your face a 'fresh start ' by sprinkling Epsom Salts chrystals on the wet washer & rubbing it over your face lightly for a minute or two. Rinse with warm water.
